We do not offer refunds.
However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Process

Email us at hello@altoffdogwear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, the exchange will be arranged at no cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
